Return Policy

At Silvia Iglesias Designs, LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 15 days of the purchase date for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
• Custom, personalized, or permanent jewelry items are non-returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card for future purchases.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
